Typism Book Two

Last April 2015 I received my contributor’s copy of Typism Book 2, a real honour to be part of this compilation full of great artists and designer around the globe. Below are some shoots documenting my lettering work commissioned for a personalised wedding gift:

The guys at Typism Book Two also featured my work on their site, under the name ‘Behind the scenes’.

This is the rationale behind my artwork:

The client, a close friend of the bride and groom, briefed me with a list of concepts and topics that the couple love. I decided to create an illustration using the date of their wedding day as the main focus.

Every number of the artwork features their special connection with a topic or a memory, and names their daughter and their own names with the special wishes “today and forever”.
